Particle - Mesh Network

Submitted by Admin on

Particle Mesh gives every IoT device a local network to understand and connect with the world around it, ensuring products have the information they need to sound the alarm.

With Particle Mesh, those sensors and alarms are connected directly over local wireless networks that ensure that the presence of poisonous gas is relayed quickly and reliably to each device on the network.

OpenThread

OpenThread released by Nest is an open-source implementation of Thread®. Nest has released OpenThread to make the networking technology used in Nest products more broadly available to developers, in order to accelerate the development of products for the connected home.

With a narrow platform abstraction layer and a small memory footprint, OpenThread is highly portable. It supports both system-on-chip (SoC) and network co-processor (NCP) designs.

Angular Models and Data Binding

The MVC pattern creates, in effect, a miniature universe for the application, populated with three distinct kinds of objects. It also specifies roles and responsibilities for all three types of objects and specifies the way they’re supposed to interact with each other. To make things more concrete (that is, to keep your head from exploding), imagine a big, beautiful, 60-inch, flat-screen TV. Here’s the gist:

MESH + MQTT

MQTT the Message Queue Telemetry Transport is the de facto standard for gathering sensor data.

MESH is a standard method of inter connecting IoT devices.

DASH7 - OpenTag
